DELIVERY & RETURNS
If a product you have ordered is not currently in stock. You will receive an email with an estimated delivery date.
Working days do not include Bank Holidays or Weekends. Timescales can only be adhered to providing stock is available.
You must provide a daytime delivery address as all parcels will need to be signed for.
We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has already been made. If a parcel is returned because there is no one there to sign for it, or an incorrect address is given, we will need to re-charge carriage costs to send out the parcel again.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes or other such events.
We cannot be held responsible for consequential loss due to 3rd party delivery delays.
We pride ourselves on our delivery times, and have turned orders around very quickly in the past, please just ask for details.
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14 Day Returns Policy. You can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Exceptions from the 14 Day Returns Policy - customised goods.
We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been printed or embroidered with your logo unless there is a manufacturers fault with the garment.
